Yes. There are so many great options for power in camper vans. Most of the vans I've built have a minimum power system of 200watts of solar with adequate battery system to run a nice 12v fridge, water pump and plenty of lights. Again, everything is custom, so  we i will build the system you nee.

I've done 40 hours builds and 400 hour builds. It all depends on what you need.

No, I've done some pretty epic pickup truck campers as well. 

I've spent many years as a cabinet builder, finish carpenter and furniture builder. Most customers will say the craftsmanship in my builds are similar to a high end sail boat. Built to last a lifetime in a moving vehicle!
